Shipping Policy
Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
We ship Australia-wide only via Australia Post or a trusted courier service.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
Express Shipping: 1-4 business days (depending on location)
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Free shipping may be available for orders over $100.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Healergy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed to the courier.
If your package is missing, please contact Australia Post or the courier directly.
If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, please email us at connect@healergy.com.au with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for damaged or faulty items only. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or used items.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
A return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
How to Request a Return
Email us at connect@healergy.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or faulty item.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return the item within 7 days of approval.
Refund Process
If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you receive a damaged product, we will replace it or provide a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Opened or used aura sprays, bath salts, and essential oils.
Custom-made or personalised items.
